@kerri9494 Tags would do it. Or OmniFocus let's you copy-action-as-url and paste into notes, so you could have live links between tasks.

| @kerri9494 depending on form of contingencies, OmniFocus may work. Can fake some dependencies via sequential tasks & parallel action groups. |
