  10. Yesterday: Baking biscotti and watching Hotel Rwanda, and fetching heating pads for my older daughter.
  11. Yesterday: Wrigley Field, upper deck, Cubs vs. Cards, behind home plate, a panorama of red and blue clothed crowds.
  12. Visiting my mother in nursing home, I dodged whitehairs in wheelchairs positioned like so many players on a chessboard, many sleeping.
  13. Watching Oprah's show on Twitter name came from birds talking to one another I am listening to that at the same time.
  14. On my deck feeling April warm sun and hearing the constant roar of trains, car horns, birds, motorcycles, and life, all heading to work.
  15. Just got back from staff lunch; walked past Oprah's Harpo studios. Nice white building with artwork of women on outside.
