  13. @la_directora Pt 2: Serve soft, or pour into breadloaf pan to firm in fridge. Slice and panfry as needed!
  14. @la_directora Pt 1: Make polenta your usual way so that you have 4 cups cooked - at end add 1 pt cooked chestnuts, 1 pt sauteed shrooms
  15. Made polenta with maitake mushrooms and chestnuts. Fantastic!
  16. @la_directora The next time I roast sprouts, I'll try and note how long it was and at what temp! Pre-heating the oven is key for browning.
  17. @la_directora I kind of wing it on both counts. Will be adding peeled chestnuts at end to polenta before pouring in baking dish to firm up.
