  1. @hayres I should imagine there is some shocking PHP code about as well. I've been lucky to get a regular 2 days a week I think.
  2. @hayres Consultancy PM job. Still no new PHP contracts in yet. You alright for work now?
  3. Saved a young starling from the neighbour's cat last night, but he didn't make it through the night unfortunately. Farewell, Stanley :-(
  4. New contract starts today, in London for a couple of days a week. Slightly longer commute than usual "walk up to the spare room" journey...
  5. @EmmaK67 I think it's because (for a lot of authors), "HAS to be with us by August" usually means, "we might get it by October".
  6. @Hantabulous Awesome! Hope Jack likes his new school!
  7. @getlarkin have you seen Down The Line is going to be on TV? Gary Bellamy out talking to his listeners in a jeremy Kyle style I think!
  8. Phineas and Ferb is top-line morning cartoon viewing.
  9. @JimbobC Will try and make it through the intro again tonight...
  10. @getlarkin Mike said to say hello to you as well.
  11. @JimbobC Whole day threatened by watching the intro I presume?!
  12. Bad side effect of the always-on web: too often looking at low quality new content at the expense of high quality existing content.
  13. @solrev good luck for the interviews!
  14. @getlarkin I'm meeting Mike Taylor tomorrow. He's the MD at SAM Learning now - sounds like its all going well for him.
  15. @Phishtitz I've heard that about kidney stones. Hope you're back on the river soon ;-)
  16. @Phishtitz What's been happening to you David? Nothing too serious I hope?!
  17. @jonronson No they are not us.
  18. Wondering whether the high volume of plinth tweets will continue for the duration of the event.
  19. Rule #1 for Twitter well-being and peace of mind - unfollow ruthlessly.
  20. @hayres I'm afraid it just wasn't pulling it's weight and I've had to let it go.
