  1. Taken classwork to work before... took work to class with me today. Remoted into work 'puter installing legacy OS under Sun xVM virtual box.
  2. Have generally resisted the urge to start following people I don't know, but discovered William Gibson on here yesterday.

  5. Truly bowled over by how much of our trash turns out to be recyclable or compostable. Wish we'd started doing this years ago.
  6. Why can't my car stereo tether to my phone over bluetooth, and then use the phone's broadband connection to stream web-based radio?
  7. On a tangent this morning - who else would I look at besides Condé Nast to see a publisher aggressively moving into web publications?

  9. Got clocked in the head by an elliptical machine yesterday. Don't ask.
  10. Bought an elliptical last night, burned several calories extending arm w/ credit card to guy at register.
  11. Setting up Twitter to update Facebook - now I can fail to post to everything all at the same time!
  12. I felt a great disturbance in the force today, as though Twitter got MUCH more cynical through a single user account registration.
  13. Thinking about planting a garden out back.
  14. Consolidating iTunes libraries on the file server - whee!
