@ IE9 has no 3D gfx of any kind planned, WebGL or otherwise, and just uses Direct2D to GPUaccelerate rendering of regular web pages

@ BTW +1 for new tab behaviour. I find it infuriating to switch from Minefield (for WebGL testing) back to 3.5 purely because of tabs
