It stopped raining and the Dead Sea was cool. Incredibly harsh water, and stinging to the skin. It also stained my shoes - it's almost oily.

Tel Aviv seaside PERFECT for running. I tried but throat & chest still too sick. Did 10 glacial min & gave up. Shame. I REALLY need a run.
