  8. It was 103 in Sacramento this weekend. No idea how people live in that heat and get anything done.
  9. Bonfire on the beach last night was fun. About as good as the weather can get in San Francisco. Even saw the sunset.

  11. As the Knee Swells: Day 23, flexibility returning slowly but surely, thx to 2400mg of Ibuprofen a day. I miss beer.
  12. Knee stable - in a 'wait and see' pattern for now. Ice and heat, ice and heat. Frozen peas up first.
  13. Waiting to hear if I am going to get my knee aspirated today. I feel like I am 70 years old.
  14. Enjoying the fact that we signed a lease and can start relaxing here. Can't wait to see all of the things in storage I forgot we had!
  15. Wishing it felt more like June and less like October in San Francisco.
  16. Boston is great, if a bit chillier than I would hope in late May. Even enjoyed a celebrity sighting - David Spade, everyone!
  17. Settled in the US and back at work. Very happy to be back in San Francisco and also very sad to have left London. What a great experience.

  19. Finally decided on a location and booked a brief vacation between the end of work and the flight to SF - Portugal here we come!
  20. Head spinning a bit with everything going on leading up to our move. Glad it's a short week.
