  1. AMEN! RT @hankmarquis: Can't build relationships on negatives. Must talk to customers outside of break-fix. What a concept. #SM2009
  2. Thanks for the reports! RT @stephenmann: #itSMFUK very busy. Sitting next to @jimbofin waiting for the start.
  3. @wilbore LOL! You're living on the edge, Sarah!
  4. For once, I regret shunning TV! RT @802dotchris: "intentionally-heavy-handed product placement for Cisco Telepresence on 30Rock" #geek
  5. My new #Forrester blog post: "Opalis was NOT Acquired by Microsoft" http://bit.ly/3ldG7W #ITSM #ITautomation
  6. Dear UK ITSM tweeps: Please tweet happenings from next week's conference for us. Wish I could be there! Thank you!
  7. #Microsoft did NOT acquire #Opalis! This is the confirmed truth. Blog post coming soon. #ITSM
  8. Thank you, Rodrigo! "RT @RFFlores: Congratulation. Looks great. RT @glennodonnell: New Forrester service catalog report"
  9. LOL , came off a bit mafioso-like there didn't I? Sorry tweeps! RT @stephenmann: "non-clients must pay" that sounds a little violent ;o)
  10. The #Phillies were great last night, but Cliff Lee's pitching performance was legendary! I don't usually watch baseball on TV, but WOW!
  11. Also, new Forrester automation landscape report by @glennodonnell http://bit.ly/2VjkTF
  12. New Forrester service catalog report by @ehubbert and @glennodonnell http://bit.ly/2twzBX (as usual, non-clients must pay) #ITSM
  13. Hello! Great news! Congrats! RT @wilbore: Say hello to the newly minted VP of Events for itSMF Toronto! Gonna make #ITSM events fun again!
  14. @Cadence_ITSM Thank you for the nice review of "The CMDB Imperative"! We're always happy to keep our readers awake!
  15. @CyberJMC66 Right! Management tools must not require a PhD in the tool. Even a caveman should be able to do it! :-)
  16. @ServiceSphere Clones are natural as markets mature. Many mgmt tools now commodity, but still lots of innovation.
  17. Suddenly a big Rodrigo y Gabriela fan! Man, those two are incredible guitarists!
  18. @dmcclure Another great oppt'y for innovation is in application analysis. Lots of tools can tell me my app is slow. Tell me WHY!
  19. @dmcclure Vendor innovation must hide tool config & integration complexity & enable process automation. Tools are notoriously complex.
  20. @dmcclure "Can vendors make [#ITSM adoption] easier?" Yes, they MUST. People don't want tools. They want simpler lives. Tools can help.
