  1. @natronics Your awesome, Thanks!
  2. Looking for the Hacker Space in PDX that @natronics was telling me about on the way back from SHDSF. It wasn't was BrainSilo, or was it?
  3. @rachelannyes I would love to do something, I was hoping you would ask. I'm Skype'able at glennlebrasseur as you might imagine. Yay!
  4. @rachelannyes Hey how are you? Did you see our project on the NASA site? We're so cool! I think it's your photo of Steven?
  5. @bsr A medal that says SCIENCE on the front, and Science Hack Day San Francisco 2011 on the back.
  6. Spent last weekend at Science Hack Day SF and regrettably did not tweet a thing. Worked on ISS globe, and even won an award.
  7. Commuted 381 miles by bike in October. Just updated my BTA log. TT actually rode 560 miles, so she has me beat by almost 50%! Rock on girl!
  8. Appears that Twisst is confused by my Twitter Bio location, Portland Oregon, so I changed it to Lat and Lon. Thinks I'm in Portland Maine.
  9. Just signed up for Science Hack Day San Francisco. Now need to figure out how to get down there. is.gd/GBYunz
  10. Just decided to go 100% car-ownership free again. Will be the third time in my life doing so. Of course supplemented with ZipCar as needed.
  11. So the 2011 Bike Commute Challenge ended last week and it turns out I logged 238 miles for September. I plan to continue through the year.
  12. Happy Autumn Equinox! Good time to calibrate your sundials!
  13. Wow big fire ball (or maybe a flare?) in SW Portland entering at about 300 degree TN at around 0330 UTC. Crazy!
  14. @jamey_sharp I just saw a freight train in PDX heading north carrying hundreds of camouflaged refrigerated containers marked USArmy. Snacks?
  15. Just finished pruning rocket CP antennas in the microwave lab using a VNA. Removing 0.5mm from the radiator shifted freq. up 30 MHz! FTW
  16. Just entered the 2011 Bike Commute Challenge is.gd/bOTM91 with intent to push it hard in September.
