  1. @mikecane Obviously, I completely disagree with that anti-curator post. I left a comment; will post a full response next week. @revolucion0
  2. Zombieland FTW! I can haz franchize, plz? (Also, where's the buzz for Bill Murray? Best cameo since Tom Cruise/Tropic Thunder.)
  3. RT @lprocope: Brunch with @KanKaleen @elonjames @emeps @reetamac @glecharles & @mychal_smith and Mara (twitless) my life is full of awesome.
  4. Bondi Road brunch is the new shiny. Hamburger w/ The Lot + Moo Mary's + Oyster Shooters = FTMFW! http://bit.ly/49YbYx
  5. @tempsfuturs Editors should think more like curators, and some do; community "organizers", as I consider @R_Nash and @agnieszkasshoes, too.
  6. @hmccormack There are poetry programs for teens in several cities, but usually extracurricular. Many savvy teachers bring in poets, too.
  7. @agnieszkasshoes Nash will have an impact, though how far-reaching remains to be seen. It won't just be him, though; many others in the mix.
  8. @mikecane Archivists collect dead things; curators (should) amplify and bring attention to new ideas and living people.
  9. RT @agnieszkasshoes: What literature needs is not better publishers, or agents, but CURATORS http://bit.ly/2DCwZw (Who will step up?)
  10. Reading up on cask beer to understand The Brazen Head's Cask Fest #pumpkinalefail; "real ale" doesn't have to mean tasteless.
  11. @LFreshwater Ah, cigarette machines! I sometimes miss smoking in bars, but my lungs and clothes appreciate Bloomberg's militancy.
  12. RT @robertleebrewer: Write a plant poem for #novpad today: http://bit.ly/1qXys7 (Then edit it and submit to @CoHorts!)
  13. Had most amazing Korean dinner last night, then The Brazen Head tried to ruin it w/ the worst pumpkin ale ever. Damn Brooklyn! #fb
  14. @avidbookreader Interview was incredibly tedious, but I remember liking the next 2-3 in the series. Long time ago, though.
  15. @hmccormack You're in Brooklyn? There's plenty of oral poetry for you to check out in NYC! Google louderarts and Bowery Poetry Club.
  16. @rutila Living in NJ makes Brooklyn more remote than it was from the Bronx! I'd go for a guided tour, though. :-)
  17. Can't believe I've let @lprocope @reetamac @elonjames convince me to go to Brooklyn tonight. Is it the Soju?
  18. http://twitpic.com/ojj2v - Slattery's Midtown Pub (Volcano was too crowded.)
  19. TGIF! It's been virtually real, but now I'm heading Under the Volcano: http://bit.ly/2aMMz9 #tweetup if you're nearby!
  20. @rogerbonair You write for yourself, but you're not insular. Keeping audience in mind doesn't mean pandering. You KNOW that, punk!
