  1. A bit short of vols this week, see: parkrun.org.uk/glasgow/volunt… - Keen to hear from any first time volunteers!? email GlasgowHelpers@parkrun.com
  2. Results will be out this afternoon. Thanks to Catriona for Run directing this week, and husband Ted for sorting the results this week!
  3. Fantastic morning's parkrun in Pollok park! Thanks to volunteers as ever, and all the Balsam weed pullers! Let us know how you got on?
  4. Just 15-30 minutes after your run helps tackle an invasive weed in Pollok park, and will make a real difference for this beautiful park.
  5. Water and suncream probably a good idea of you're running today. Gloves and long trousers if you're helping with the Balsam pull.
  6. Could be warm tomorrow, so bring some water? Toilet facilities in the park are about 20 min round trip. Details at: bit.ly/glasgowreminde…
  7. @TheBigRedHeart look forward to welcoming you! Should be a glorious morning. Remember we start at 9.30, and carpark is full by 9.15.
  8. Update on the Himalayan Balsam on our news page: parkrun.org.uk/glasgow/news - Hope you can join us again this Saturday?
  9. Reminder there's a social Freedom run at 10am at our usual start location. Coffee and cake from 11 at the Burrell cafe!
  10. We're doing the Himalayan Balsam pull for the next four weeks, so if you have the time it's a fantastic way to help Pollok park
  11. Well done to everybody who volunteered or ran this morning. Also big thanks to everybody who helped with the Himalayan Balsam!
