  1. I've been working through the Sermon on the Mount since this past January--tomorrow, I preach the last sermon in the series.

  4. I just passed the halfway mark in the Nashville Half Marathon. Uggh! I'm already hurting!

  6. I'm going to take it easy and enjoy the Nashville Half--this is actually a training run for the St. Jude Marathon next month.
  7. Runners for the Nashville Half Marathon are just beginning to gather downtown for check-in. Should be perfect weather for 13.1.
  8. Yeoman's in the Fork is an amazing new up-scale antiquarian bookshop in Leiper's Fork, TN.
  9. I got great 1st editions of T.S. Eliot's "Complete Poems" and H. Belloc's "Cautionary Verses" at a wonderful new bookstore in Leiper's Fork.
