  1. Interesting debate on the forums. Rumours Edu is subject of interest from Turkey. Would you sell him?
  2. @RangersStandard Of course! How dare Rangers rock the boat by daring to stand up for itself etc etc. Lack of criticism of SFA is amazing.
  3. @Doddsie16 Yeah. They haven't actually broken the law yet, it's an internal rule. In fact UEFA/FIFA would welcome them rejecting the court.
  4. Should the SFA refuse to respect the court, what route is open to us?
  5. @lrussell2 @rangersfctrust That was our lawyers argument this morning.
  6. @paulb1912 @rangersfctrust They can threaten and I guess UEFA could withdraw Scottish clubs from Europe. All ifs and buts now though.
  7. @rangersfctrust Well FIFA already have said the SFA have to punish us for going to CoS instead of CAS. So don't hold your breath.
  8. Anyway! Away from the SFA's incompetence. Charles Green interview is free on RTV rangerstv.tv/index.php
  9. @paulb1912 Without a doubt.
  10. Two recent RT's raise the big issue. FIFA expect the SFA to punish Rangers for not going to the CAS. Is this fair? No. CAS was not an option
  11. @rangersfctrust Member clubs I guess is who would hold the SFA to account.
  12. And finally amidst all this is @stewartregan 's position still tenable? Myriad of issues with this punishment now highlighted.
  13. 3) Can the SFA now backtrack given the repercussions FIFA usually hold for clubs who are influenced by courts outside of sport?
  14. 2) Why do SFA rules not allow for movement to the Court of Arbitration of Sport?
  15. 1) Why do the SFA insist on giving punishments beyond what is in their rules?
  16. Several key points from the transfer case today that must be addressed.
