  3. @Twirrim @nonapeptide re: Exim. Interesting. I've been a postfix admin for more than a decade (also as ISP). I'll have to give exim a try.
  4. @asuozzo @GeekMtnState I *do* like the iPad. Great platform. But I find I use MacBook for my input. And for consumption the size matters.
  5. @asuozzo Biggest irritation with the Fire is the placement of the power/sleep button. It's right where you rest the thing while reading.
  6. @asuozzo Battery life seems to be mostly ok if you don't run something that burns through it. Maybe 6 hours? Maybe 8? Don't quote me tho.
  7. @asuozzo Then again, I'm a big kindle book consumer. That has an effect. Never liked reading them on the iPad.
  8. @asuozzo I love the Fire. iPad is more polished, but since I mainly use it for reading, the Fire works. I prefer the size too, usually.
  9. @heldaction No but both are available as PDF which works fine for me. The Herald also has a very interesting HTML5 implementation.
  10. @heldaction Oh, you were talking about my #VT Newspaper twt. I read @RutlandHerald & @addyindy on Mac OS and Kindle Fire. Usually the Fire.
  11. @heldaction all the above plus tablet. That's what makes Evernote so compelling.
  12. @mikerigsby That would do it, and I'd pay for it. re: evernote
  13. @mikerigsby Interesting list. I would love to have something as powerful as evernote that where the data could stay within my company.
  14. I love my electronic subs to #VT newspapers. @RutlandHerald each AM, @addyindy 2x/week. Great local information, lighter recycling bins.
  15. @jephjacques Dude, today's QC is …. creepy. yessssssssssss
  16. Hmmmm. Wish I had followed the recommendation of @cwwilbur earlier and tried Selenium. Making up for lost time now.
  17. @HistoryReal Baffling. Your Norway coverage was excellent; I hadn't done a lot of reading about that phase of the war. Thanks!
  18. My Top 3 #lastfm Artists: Silversun Pickups (101), fun. (83) & Howard Shore (23) #music bit.ly/fc1g2n
  19. Showing massive packet loss getting into comcast New England. Hope they resolve this soon.
  20. It's things like this which make the App store a non-starter for me as a power user/consumer (Blog re: SourceTree): bit.ly/Jp26Rm
