  4. @mohamedaslam I'm using the inbuilt folding option. "setlocal foldmethod=syntax" with "setlocal nofoldenable" are my default settings.

  17. @auxesis Have you tried PDF-Shuffler? It's a frontend to pyPdf. Don't know the internal working, but looked fine the few times I used.
