  1. Heading of to #travellinggeeks in cambridge. Meeting at The Mill for lunch if anyone else is around
  2. @rboulton I'd probably be interested in an open source search event. I'll have a think about when, although I'll probably go either way
  3. @DanAdcock alternatively follow along with @kulor: http://www.flickr.com/photo... #sohofire
  4. @Ben_Hall I'm onto my 3rd version of the same as my main machine. Just max the ram out and it's a great piece of kit.
  5. @markng the non-www version of the mediastandardstrust.org site doesn't exist, and it's linked to from the valueaddednews.org site
  6. @markng ah cool. Sounded interesting but wasn't sure if it was another end run around existing microformats practices. All good.
  7. @philrunslondon not exactly. It's the browser that knows your location. So it's available via a Javascript API for any application to use
  8. the "where are you now" feature in Google Maps (using Gears) is very cool.
  9. RT @kevglobal Media Standards Trust and AP launch news microformat. More details shortly - Er, anyone from microformats.org know anything?
  10. @NeilDavidson sounds like a good idea to me. Anybody going anywhere for a sandwich and a pint tomorrow before the #tg2009 Cambridge tweetup?
  11. @simonw what you complaining about? You've done hour long conference talks with less notice (I'm sure)
  12. @phae say congrats to the people responsible for both the code and getting it open sourced. Ignore the naysayers as well.
  13. even PHP has a nice looking (for PHP) micro framework. http://limonade.sofa-design... (via @shiflett)
  14. lots of people still to catch up with. Have only been partially offline for 2 days.
  15. I'm pretty sure @intranation writes more comments on my blog than he writes posts on his. Thinks he should write more.
  16. published my xhtml2/html5 rant I wrote on the train yesterday: http://bit.ly/HZSZK
  17. @aral I'm free now for an hour. Apart from that will let you know. Not sure what @glennjones had in mind
  18. In brighton. Off to find wifi before meeting up with @glennjones later
  19. Getting into brighton in half an hour. Looks like it's raining down here as well. Pah.
  20. @intranation it's trailing whitespace after nothing. @darrenf also thinking it's a bug. I'll have to fix it, otherwise it's going to bug me.
