  1. @kashicat you know after signing up to the Do Not Call the calls actually increased :(
  2. @kashicat that's why a phone with built-in call block works so well and you don't have to pay extra from Bell.
  3. The fluorescent tubes in the bathroom have decided they are burning out so I now have a lovely strobe light effect.

  7. We go through a fair amount of buttermilk during the holiday season. I'm going to make extra for the kids as well.
  8. At US milk prices a L of buttermilk ends up costing me 90ยข to make compared to $2.69 L store bought buttermilk. I like that :)
  9. I even remembered to pick up extra whole milk to get another L of buttermilk going for the extra baking.
  10. I couldn't find juniper berries at the two stores we stopped at so will likely have to order online from Penzey's.
  11. Food shopping is always different this time of the year with getting things you don't normally buy.
  12. I picked up extras today to make fruit cake and plum pudding for the holidays.
  13. Happy Thanksgiving and safe holiday travels to all my American friends :)
  14. We just finished our turkey run. Three turkeys are in the freezer and one is thawing. DH is insisting on turkey tomorrow.
