Oh, and Apple, among your sins? Making iTunes launch when you press Play/Pause in Snow Leopard is completely fucken criminal. Shame on you.

@ Hm well... either it's the latest version of VMware (AND Parallels, which I d/led) or Windows 7. Will try XP when I get home!

@ BTW, while you were using VMware did you have audio glitching, or were you able to play audio smoothly in the virtual machine?

@ Since I use Thunderbird/Firefox etc, there's very little change in my app use - except foobar2000, which is irreplaceable.

Have d/led Parallels 5 and will see tomo whether audio (incl foobar2000) works without glitches. If so, will buy & get VMware money back!

OK, I have Cog, a simple OSX music player, working, and foobar2000 works in Darwine (but doesn't play CDs). So can play mp3s on the MacBook.

So weird. Why would anyone share just Downtown Nudnik, & in wma format? And who would've filed a DMCA complaint about it?

@ Um... for the reasons outlined in my last tweet? They're absolutely *not* different things. A window's a window.
