  1. Circuit tripped to crucial switch, took a while to get access to the circuit breaker. We're back online...
  2. Development server is down. Checking into it...
  3. Confirmed. Large speakeasy outage in Seattle.
  4. Yet another Speakeasy outage?
  5. We're back up, all systems nominal...
  6. Freelock HQ is currently down--looking like another Speakeasy outage. This affects our development sites.
  7. Main web server is running out of RAM... two 15 minute outages in 2 days. Bumping up--one more reboot and we should be good!
  8. We had a 10 minute outage around 2pm on our main web site and many of those we host. Unusual server lock-up--investigating.
  9. SSL Certificate expired, causing warnings for email and payment systems... renewing now!
  10. For those having trouble reaching Squirrelmail at http://foraker.freelock.com, try http://mail.freelock.com
  11. SpamAssassin turns out to have been disabled for a couple weeks--back on now
  12. Mail server is finally switched over to new hardware. If you're having trouble, reboot and you should see all your mail.
  13. Our office power will be out Saturday morning, affecting our development servers. Most dev sites will be offline.
  14. Planning a customer mail server migration tonight, 6/25. Should be no service interruption, but some mail might get delayed.
  15. Verizon has been blocking mail from our customer mail service. Should start working again in a few hours.
  16. Turns out some of our outgoing messages went to a new server, instead of our customers
  17. Turned out to be a switch replacement gone awry at Speakeasy. Back up now...
  18. Speakeasy appears to be down, both our office and home are offline...
  19. Email transition seems to have been successful. No mail loss, all systems running great!
  20. Doing a dry-run mail server changeover... only affecting freelock.com email addresses, not our clients
