  13. Fueling up for an afternoon workout. Couple of chicken wraps, 2 cups Quinoa and bowl Quinoa soup (all home made). #highcarbday

  18. Carbing up today. Shooting for 500 to 600 grams of carbs. Oatmeal, brown rice, Quinoa. Only 25% of calories from protein today though.
  19. @6PakGirl pretty close actually. Some parts cut for time, but otherwise pretty close yep. Book is always better, but good movie
  20. @krmsn I read The Kite Runner while I was climbing Mt Everest. About a year ago
