  8. Ajoy: From a political point of view, the bills will be debated in the respective houses. We are not worried, but will watch.

  10. Chandra: despite IT budget cuts by governments abroad, we have opportunity growths
  11. Chandra: Govt sector is substantially large, our exposure outside of India in this sector is low. thereofre there is opportunity and growth

  13. Chandra: Growth in Continental Europe is slower compared to others. It is just beginning to recoever
  14. Chandra: Manufacturing and telecom seeing recovery, we anticipate growth, but should not expect huge volume increases
  15. Chandra: As part of global network delivery model, there is going to be nearshore, offshore and onsite growth.
  16. Chandra: India sector includes Enterprise, Govt, Banking. India is always focus, we are making good progress, and we are seeing growth
  17. Ajoy: Our strategy will remain same from an employee pyramid perspective
  18. Chandra: Cost/efficiency remains a prime driver, but enterprise consulting/solutions have grown
  19. Chandra: IT Budgets vary - some clients increase, some don't. In either case, we are trying to offshore more.
  20. Ajoy: attrition is around 11% - we expect to hold it to this level this quarter
