  1. @ScotMcKay but Red Sox "fans" are a dime a dozen around here, even though 99% wouldn't know Jim Rice from Rice Pilaf. Go Tribe!
  2. Today is my favorite day of the year. Opening day of the baseball season, when all things are possible. http://bit.ly/TUIN
  3. Been away from Twitter and FB for a long while, feel refreshed. And hey, @TweetDeck lets me rejoin both at the same time. Cool.
  4. Love the new version 1.3 of @tweetie. The dark theme is great. Hope peopledon't go RT-crazy. Happy New Tweetie Day!
  5. Every year I find I've seen fewer and fewer of the Oscar nominees ( WALL-E, Dark Knight, Benjamin Button). Didn't even watch the show.
  6. Loving the #Audible Frontiers scifi audiobook series. Listening to Dan Simmons' Hyperion, which is more like audio play than reading.
  7. Is author Daniel Suarez on Twitter? If any author should be, it's Mr. Zeraus.
  8. 2 lab pups escaped Mon. Raintree neighbor took them in and kept with her five cats. Henrico animal shelter connected us. I love people today
  9. @abigvictory unfortunately my gov't employer just tightened the filter, so no Grooveshark. Or Twitter. Or YouTube.
  10. @thebrowncoat DVR set? Check. With Friday Night Lights, BSG and Dollhouse, it's like 1994 all over again. Must See TV Friday.
  11. @thebrowncoat if you're going to engage in that sort of "logic" Joss should have stopped after the Hush episode of Buffy.
  12. @KrisColvin according to what I've read, KS doesn't tax intangible goods. http://bit.ly/V4VUd. As a former Kansan, I'm surprised.
  13. Irony alert: Christians who try to keep "offensive" material off TV cry censorship when kept off TV. http://bit.ly/2VEvo
  14. @KrisColvin Does your state limit tax to tangible goods? About half do. Only worry about state where you have physical nexus.
  15. @KrisColvin this is true whether the goods are physical or downloadable bits.
  16. @KrisColvin in general, if you're the seller you only have to collect tax from customers in states where you have a physical presence.
  17. @breagrant: loving that there's an ongoing Twitter debate about the physics of Daphne running across the ocean on #heroes. Obsessiveness=fun
  18. @abigvictory I do half my driving with a six year old in the back. So there's a 50/50 chance that my DeathSong will be the Jonas Brothers.
  19. @amber_benson be sure to go before the 27th, when Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas steal all the 3-D screens. It's incredible in 3-D.
  20. @leolaporte you finally wore me down and I joined Audible. First up is Daemon and then something from @scalzi.
