  11. @Ryban Unfortunately, Ray Kurzweil is bonkers. I'm not sure we will see a Singularity. I'm just hoping for the cure for aging :p
  12. @celeriac I think the problem was that she wrote the epilogue, and forced the story to arrive at that point, instead of letting it flow.

  19. Just finished Childhood's End by Arthur C. Clark. Wow, depressing. Guess which book inspired the ending of Evangelion?
