  1. [sys] The Florida issues have been resolved. Please contact support if you're still seeing any issues.
  2. [sys] We're currently working with an upstream carrier to resolve switching issues in Miami affecting Florida DIDs.
  3. [sys] There are switching issues currently affecting multiple US carriers. We are working with our upstream carriers to fix the issue.
  4. [sys] Inbound capacity has been increased in the west coast.
  5. [sys] We are hitting occasional capacity with our west coast DIDs. We have issued a rush order to increase the capacity today.
  6. [sys] Confirmed certain outbound calls dropping after 15s, we identified this as a ULC issue and have rerouted while it is being fixed.
  7. [sys] Inbound issues have been resolved. We had a customer flooding our inbound trunks, but we have cleared up the issue.
  8. [sys] We are experiencing some issues on certain inbound numbers. This is currently being investigated.
  9. @Gnewt we will definitely help you out with this, have you chatted with any of our support reps yet about this issue?
  10. We just released 1500 new toll-free numbers in our inventory. Get them while they're still there!
  11. [sys] Correction: only the west coast was affected. The issue has been resolved.

  16. [sys] We have reported issues with certain inbound routes. We are currently investigating and attempting to resolve.
