  17. @FitClubToday I was told, if you can do 8 you can do 13...thats how I was training. Also, make sure to not let the crowd set your pace.
  18. @FitClubToday I finished in 1:45:26...avg 8:03 minute mile. I was very happy as I never ran 13 miles b4. The crowd made all the difference.
