  1. found a tasty suggestion for leftover (whole) cranberry sauce: as a topping for plain yogurt w/ some granola sprinkled on top. mmm.
  2. is back from a 30 min beach walk.
  3. had thanksgiving leftovers for breakfast. then a party at a friends house this afternoon. when will this nonstop food end?!
  4. had a fantastic Thanksgiving. I hope you did too.
  5. is cooking his first Thanksgiving turkey.
  6. is crawling back from a week of binging. drinking water right now. sc
  7. did not drink the juice, but did have 9 jr. mints.
  8. 1 steak/cheese oscar mayer "deli creations" sandwich, 1 c juice, water.
  9. made a mistake. it was actually chicken n rice soup...and i had 10 choc covered raisins. mmm, feelin' nappy.
  10. chicken noodle soup, "monster-c" juice, water.
  11. 1c tomato soup, water, vitamin.
  12. had a late night fast food fest last night. it's a new dawn, a new day and tomorrow is #weighinwednesday.
  13. kfc: bbq sand, sm sierra mist.
  14. 1 sl wheat bread w/ ham and cheddar, 2 servings choc raisins, water, pickle.
  15. ate the apple. you were waiting to find that out weren't you? you can unbate your breath now.
  16. nuked frozen lunch: mac n beef, mixed veggies, water. maybe an apple. i'll let you know about the apple.
  17. 1/2 clif bar, vitamin, water, 1 lowf yogurt w granola.
  18. The Prisoner viewing party at a friend's place: 3 potstickers, 1 bowl split pea soup, 1 piece french bread, water.
  19. 4 jr mints, 1 vegan cupcape, 1 hotdog, orange juice, 1 choc truffle sample.
  20. lunch: llapingachos con fritada, 2 slices bread w/ spread, water @ an ecuadorian restaurant.
