  1. About to create a grocery list for the next two weeks. I've been eating out way too much.
  2. I pinched a nerve or bruised a muscle near my groin. Ouch! Won't stop me. I'll be at the gym tomorrow, lifting weights instead of cardio.
  3. Second day in a row of cardio! I pushed hard and feel great!
  4. On my way to get a new pair of running shoes and sport bra. Need support for both of my puppies. ;)
  5. I ran .4 miles fast for 30 secs! Might not be much to you, but I feel awesome! :)
  6. Worked out yesterday and going again today! Feeling motivated!

  9. The NYC subway system (in the summer) serves duel purposes: Transportation & Sauna. I better have clear, tight pores by autumn!!

  11. Homemade fish tacos are my new obsession! (w/ corn tortillas (makes a huge difference), cabbage, guac, crema, & lots of lime and cilantro)
  12. Made cold pasta salad for tmrw's lunch and homemade guacamole (TJ's kit) for tmrw's snack. No excuse to cheat tomorrow!

  14. I'm in love with blueberries! I never liked them...until I threw them in my parfait. They make all the difference and are super nutritious.

  16. Dinner: Herb-roasted chicken, baked potato and veggies. I love the way the place smells when I roast chicken.
  17. Lunch: TJ's low fat vanilla yogurt, fresh blueberries & strawberries, and TJ's pecan praline granola. Yumm.
