  1. @socialiteapp Update fail: http://drp.ly/3OR1k.
  2. @bweatherson I haven't used dropbox. Droplr seems OK as a quick sharing service for ephemeral things. And what's a PC?
  3. I just started using Droplr, the coolest new app for Mac. Check it out at http://droplr.com
  4. @kvaschik Not 16? I didn't know.
  5. Switched from OpenDNS to Google Public DNS, http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using.html, can't tell whether it's faster.
  6. @kvaschik Oh fuck. How did that happen?
  7. @AndersJSchoubye Yes, we all know who's got the best game. Xavi, Iniesta, Messi.
  8. Doing the last bits of cooking in our newly upgraded kitchen. Braising fennel, shallots, and chestnuts. Friends arriving soon. Happy day.
  9. @planetg33k Not just Bose, I have computer speakers in both my offices that make annoying sounds with a cellphone nearby, almost unusable.
  10. @lancearmstrong Amen!
  11. “@fintelkai on Schlenker's donkeys. Good joke about Polly. http://twitpic.com/pnpx2” -@schar: which one?
  12. @schar I meant not much on Friday. Not at all tomorrow since it won't have started yet.
  13. @schar Yes, Simon, I'll be at NELS. Not much tomorrow because of Dean-ly meetings, but pretty much throughout Saturday and Sunday (pronouns)
  14. A second day home with a sick boy (and at least a headache myself). Oh joy.
  15. @AndersJSchoubye One place is her "Many Quantifiers". The basic idea goes back at least to Milsark.
  16. @AndersJSchoubye Veltman is on his way via email.
  17. Enjoying my new Magic Mouse. Shiny, smooth. But I agree with Brad Choate on what should be next: http://tinyurl.com/ykpwq39.
  18. @dr_agonfly: Got it; even though you got my handle wrong.
  19. @paulhagstrom I don't know of a solution on the iPhone but Launchbar keeps a clipboard history (20 items?) on OS X.
  20. Oh, well, there's always next year.
