  1. @mrjoenoia and to you fella... merry christmas to you as well
  2. I'm going to bed now.. but did want to say thanks to everyone who read the blog today http://tinyurl.com/yzwj5ej I'm touched that you did
  3. @Ludovicaa No problem at all... I'm afraid opinionated is my default setting
  4. @LaChatNoir Yeap.. mostly happy about the toast and remarkably unbothered by rude producer
  5. interesting day: ate toast, didn't vomit; ratm no1, huzzah; rude email from producer, boo; got ranty in scriptchat... blog did quite well
  6. @purplesime up the armchair revolution!
  7. @purplesime I shall go and download it immediately
  8. @purplesime Or can we pick out 52 random songs and control the charts for a year! Now that would be hilarious!
  9. @momentsoffilm Oh... I get plenty of that as well
  10. Well, that's another hour of script rantiness from your's truly... I worry about my mental health sometimes. I'm such a grouch!
  11. @momentsoffilm You'd be amazed at how many people in the industry hate me, my stories and the way I write! Great point, though.
  12. @jeannevb my pleasure... sorry if I got a bot ranty at the end.
  13. #scriptchat - thanks everyone for another thought provoking chat - I will now go away and ponder my opinionated ass... ho ho ho
  14. @JPeep thanks for the introduction, well worth a follow
  15. #scriptchat - all characters define themselves by their actions - by their unique decisions and action when rubbed against the plot
  16. #scriptchat to talk about action and character dev separately is like talking about moving your legs and your body separately
  17. #scriptchat - I honestly don't understand it when people talk about action and character development separately. It's a false dichotomy
  18. @moviequill why not do both at the same time, action and character development #scriptchat
  19. #scriptchat - if most of us picked our ten all time favorite movies and looked at the 1st ten mins, we be shocked at the lack of formula
  20. #scriptchat - Because I write comedy, my other rules is 2 gags per page and a belter in the first four pages
