  5. @denverpilot @StephenForce There's supposed to be a new Flip competitor from Kodak that has an audio input... it was on TechCrunch other day
  6. @FiveFs I'd go further. IMHO it's not ethical to pay ppl to take a particular (any) side in a political debate even if they know it.

  15. @FiveFs Cost of life is really where it gets difficult. On your preemie comment earlier: http://bit.ly/6mpzey
  16. @FiveFs IMHO point of single payer is to ensure everyone is covered and receives trtment at a decent level. Wealthy can always pay for more
  17. @FiveFs True. A lot of emergency care in US are preventable things tho that could have been handled by GP for fraction of cost of ER visit.
  18. @FiveFs To play devil's advocate: NASA is a good counterpoint to govt being unable to innovate. Of course Mr Rutan is doing quite well too!
  19. @FiveFs 21wk baby stories are very sad. Is it better for us to pay for that treatment,or the kid not get trtment even tho unlikely to live?
  20. @FiveFs One can also carry private insurance in UK, for value add over state system. This pub/pvt system works very well in New Zealand.
