Like the way VS2012 installer says "LAUNCH" ;when clicked replaced the Metro app/Start with the desktop on main monitor.

Bevel of touchscreen still prevents selection of Start or Charms. Still have to use a mouse. Dual monitor setup allows multiple apps to run.

The touch interaction is fixed on the Release Preview of Windows 8 on my touchscreen laptop. Can now start app from tile tap.
