  4. A vacation day finds me just finishing a peaceful three mile run & getting ready for bootcamp at 5pm with amazing people. Nice!
  5. Sunday: Off for a run and then to the gym with a friend for weight training. I like to get fitness in first before the excuses win.
  6. Your rituals define you. I am getting ready to meet some amazing women for a 5 mile Saturday walk in the sunshine and hills.
  7. Sunday is all about family day! And getting chores done. And squeezing in a work out. And getting organized for the week. Ahh a day of rest!
  8. Thank you to all our Veterans. Your personal sacrifices have been numerous and is deeply appreciated as I have the freedom to choose...
  9. Looking forward to my "On The Move" waking group. A fast- paced walking group with fabulous people. Fun and good for the mind and body!

  11. Home from a conference. I met some incredible, dedicated, brilliant people and I am thankful for the opportunity. I feel re-energized!
  12. Boot camp today with six inspiring dedicated souls. These ladies made me want to go a bit faster, further, & crunch just one more out. Whew!
  13. Today: AIDS walk at 9am. Raising awareness, reducing stigma & discrimination, promoting prevention, eliminating risk behaviors, & testing
  14. Day off! So much to do and so little time to do it all. So, I put a care plan in place for me and my family. Balance = Sanity
  15. Leading a walking group 9am! Bunch of ladies committed to NOT sitting on the couch, rather gaining better health. What R U committed to?
  16. Boot camp tonight with some very strong and inspirational people. All invited, few will come. Planning to work it!
  17. The walking group is getting ready to go 6 miles today. Beautiful weather. Fun ladies. No excuse group. Love it.
  18. A three mile run that was awesome. Renews my spirit with strength, committment, and gratitude.
  19. Long run day. Weather is mild so will make it very enjoyable. Esy 12. The body is an amazing machine so take care of it. Work it. Enjoy it
  20. On The Move walking group will be tackling a lot of hills today. I call it "bonus" round! They all started at 1 mile and now go 7 in hills.
