@InfertilityMom yes, test results will be interesting. Did a brain map, which assesses everything from CFS to ADD - pretty cool technology!
| we've had a long streak of warm (not hot) weather here, I've & been very stable re: FM/CFS symptoms. I guess weather is a real factor :-) |
| just got bunch of interesting test results back. new FM Dr will tell me what they mean next wk. should be fascinating, as Spock would say ;) |
| @LivingWithFibro cherries...yummmmm! I've been gorging on them and watermelon - my two faves! :-) |
| @gabrielleadams quite the contrary! I make meals entirely of sweet cherries ALL summer! yummmm ;-) |
| @katagillian yes, you go ahead and cry! sorry you're in pain and overwhelmed...the crying will help |
| @katagillian sounds like your trip to the farm was a resounding success! how did your horse-riding experience go? |
| Busy day! Great time lounging in the sun, a bit of housework, hugging the ponies, and some online stuff |
| @jenimc great vid of hector! by "coming home", is that because you ended up adopting him? |
| @cfs_guy I used to love the airshow when I was a kid. go SnowBirds, go! :-) |
| @jenimc we can't link to your hector video! you'll need to add www in front of your URLS :-) |
| @rachelcreative I sympathize about the dentist visit. I have to psyche up for weeks/months beforehand, & plan to crash for a week after ;-p |
| I'd much rather blame my fatigue on the weather than on an easy walk, although I know if I push it in any way I'm gonna pay for it ;-p |
| @LivingWithFibro I think I get to blame a change in the weather for today's zzzz-state ;-) Looks like rain is on the way tonight... |
| Went for a slow-paced, 25min walk yesterday. 24 hours later, big bout of fatigue. Not sure the two events are related, but yay for naps :-) |
| had a nice weekend of mostly resting...hanging out with sis, sitting in the sun, puttering around home. rest = good :-) |
| @LivingWithFibro wow. amazing story about your trigger point. glad you resolved it without surgery! Neupro patch sounds interesting, too |
| Haha for the day from George Carlin: Frisbeetarianism is the belief that when you die, your soul goes up on the roof and gets stuck. ;-) |
| Wonder how many fibro sufferers have myofascial trigger point pain, but don't know it? Myofascial trigger pts caused 80-90% of my pain! |
| @LivingWithFibro I second your recommend of The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook; it's fantastic; saved me lots of pain, too :-) |
