@ if all you have is the compiled IPA file, that would involve a lot of chicanery. if it's your own xcode.project: iOS Simulator.

Yesterday, we launched a bunch of enterprise-deployed iPad apps and a single Drupal 7 CMS to provide device-cached content. Nice 3mo proj!
