  12. @dbrabyn Too bad you misinterpret what I say.
  13. @dbrabyn There are free alternatives but he just offer a better value proposition, even when charging.
  14. @dbrabyn @chasejarvis is a perfect example! He gets paid because ppl want HIS pics. Even if amateur would shoot for free, they don't want it
  15. @dbrabyn As I told you, I don't think it undermines photography as a professional activity. Not at all.
  16. @dbrabyn If the only reason they pay you is because they have no other choice, it's just not sustainable. Choice will come. Always.
  17. @dbrabyn They don't need a reason to do it for free ! You need a reason to charge. An I think "no one will do it for free" is a bad one.
  18. @dbrabyn By thinking the same way you are, no one should ever give any tutorial, or info on how they do things
  19. @dbrabyn Some pros realized that and are already pushing the boundaries of what is possible every day.
  20. @dbrabyn You just assume that it pushes it down. I think it puts pressure on pros to do it better. And to make it evolve faster.
