  15. I spoke too soon. On 3.0, switching between Var and BMI doesn't update the Log view until you scroll or switch tabs. Update forthcoming.
  16. FatWatch 1.4 appears to have no problems running under iPhone OS 3.0.

  18. @mwinther Using your history: the slope of the trend line gives weight/change per day; multiply by 3,500 cal/lb (of fat) to get energy.

  20. @mwinther +30 cal/day means each day you eat 30 more calories than you burn (on average). So cut 30 cal to stop gaining, or more to lose.
