  6. @nick6489 I was the same way, until I worked with it extensively over the summer for another project.
  7. @nick6489 Web dev with xhtml/html5 is killer complex now. But once you get into the Drupal mind set, you'll be fine.
  8. @nick6489 I hardly have time to keep up with my own twitter and email though, never mind working for TBRN. I do nothing there now.
  9. @nick6489 TBRN uses pmwiki because quin is doing all the work, and that's what he knows. If I were still IT there, it'd be drupal.
  10. @nick6489 Though, honestly, I would be surprised. Hit the manuals and you're more than smart enough to solve this.
  11. @nick6489 I'd do it if university wasn't so stressful! It'd only take a day. Yell at me over Christmas if you're still fighting.
  12. @nick6489 This would be easy in Drupal. Just tie the modules together a little differently than default.
  13. @ppatel Ah, good to know. I'm just a humble user not involved with the drupal devs at all. Though we use all the symantic and location mods
  14. Jungle Disk 3.0 Beta 1 is out!: http://www.jungledisk.com/d...
  15. @nick6489 No problem. All of the most powerful modules aren't part of core. Probably for complexity reasons.
  16. @nick6489 Use the CCK module to create a new content type, then the views module to create a news view to build that page for you.
  17. @nick6489 AFAIK yes. Isn't it under layout? Just remove or set to 0 stories or whatever. Not sure if it's in GUI config or theme template.
  18. @nick6489 So uninstall the blog module and get it off the homepage. Install, I dunno, forum and rpg. No more blog!
  19. rt @nick6489: rt @WilJames: The FS Anti-Driver Signing petition is up to 389 signatures. http://www.petitiononline.c...
  20. @nick6489 What's your drupal problem? I love it! Run a community paper off it.
