So much going on this week. Have you seen our art at the Radlett centre?

We are considering arguments in support of, and against an issue.

We've been discussing magnets. They're interesting things! Bit of extra homework: Discuss magnets, find some around the home, research them.
It's Science Week! Our class are working in groups all over the school. We are doing challenging Science workshops: INVESTIGATING!
Writing talentedly, 5mj have made some brillant instructional sentences and have been focusing on using instructional conectives to begin.

We are learning how to be SYSTEMATIC in maths problem solving. To find all the possibilities we need to work in an order.
We have made tremendous progress with writing. We are creating reports on Hinduism: read some of our complex sentences at parents evening.
Maths: Angles, degrees, protractors, acute, obtuse, reflex, turn, right-angles. Lots to learn! And we're doing well.
We are now preparing our research sheets for this term's Design and Technology project: Food technology - Biscuit Making! Yum!

In Maths, which was fun, we have been studying decimals.
Thinking hard, we considered the sounds of Easter.
In paragraph 2 of our Myths, we are trying to include correctly punctuated speech; a variety of sentence lengths; some cool connectives.
Today in maths we learnt how to do a acurate estimate with weight and capacity.we drew a table and measured different objects and liquids.
We edited our own opening paragraph of a myth and were encouraged to use complex puncuation: semi colons, connectives and complex sentences.
