Chop together parsley(basil/rocket also or mix)+garlic+lemon juice+ol oil+S&P & use as dressing/sauce on meat/ tossed in pasta/hot potatoes

LUNCH: fry bacon strips & drain+put between toasted sourdough/rye bread w/ a little mayo&top w/ a roasted tomato (or fresh sliced)+basil.
