  3. Our new puppy, Gamble, joined our family today. He's abt #4! He can't do tiny steps and walks through leaves as if they were snowdrifts!
  4. My first baby turned 10 today. I've been a parent for a decade! The weather is much nicer than 10 years ago today!
  5. Kid 3 (age 5): When I say 'swine,' you say 'flu'. Swine!" Kid 2: "Flu!" Kid 3: "Swine!" Kid 2: "Flu!"
  6. An early morning (well, 8am) nature walk. We saw a blue heron, ducks, looked at rocks, and went for donuts (and cappuccino for Mama).

  8. I'm now considering a Bichon instead of a Portuguese Water Dog puppy for our family. Seems like less work for me. Accepting comments! #dogs
