  9. Intellectual - Ask learners to create a 'Dummies Guide to xxx' for colleagues back in office eg 'Dummies Guide to Invoice Processing'
  10. Visual - Rather than just linear notes, ask learners to mind map key content or create a colourful poster summarising key points
  11. Auditory - Build in structured 'talk-time' for your learners. Pairs discuss content eg what, when, where, how they could use it
  12. @mikecollins007 I'd say you could give people an innovation process to follow, but would question if you could train them to be innovative.
  13. Somatic - Next time you teach a process, physically involve learners eg get learners to act out a process ie be the process.
