  1. @moonpolysoft there really just isn't an excuse to use automake when there are three erlang files without any Dumb Shit in them.
  2. When web page downloads a suspicious PDF automatically, open it up and look at the fun javascript based exploit inside (way to go Adobe)
  3. Anyone know people working on Facebook Connect? HTTPS connect w/ Safari broke for us a few days ago. http://gist.github.com/234128
  4. @orestis Redmine is a hell of a lot faster than Trac the last time I evaluated it, but we never got around to doing the Big Migration
  5. @bear Sure, but the Unladen Swallow project is google making Python faster and better... and they employ a lot of the Python team.
  6. @bear ... except they are helping make Python faster and better. Go looks more like an ugly Stackless, can't see "goroutines" in Python.
  7. RT @mochimedia Sneak peek at Fancy Pants Adventures World 3: Swimming! http://bit.ly/1ImbSZ (YES!)
  8. @flarb Sound issue is a bug in the current Flash, slow-ish leak in LocalConnection. Most people don't see it, closing browser will fix.
  9. Did another seven laps in the Palace hotel picket line, drums were occupied but worth it for the free coffee
  10. Joined the Palace hotel strike for a drum solo this morning, lost solidarity when I found out they weren't demanding cheaper sushi.
  11. @flarb if you don't want to use video ads you can use the click-away ad format, which you can allow the user to dismiss almost instantly
  12. @billydeakin the best time to submit games for approval is between sunday and thursday, fewer people are available to do weekend approvals
  13. I think xlwt is my new front-end to Excel
  14. @TechCrunch @mochimedia (gaming startup)
  15. Other than Excel and OpenOffice, what do people use on Mac OS X for crunching CSVs with a GUI?
  16. @jespern unless it's a length prefixed protocol you'd need to do something about encoding strings whether it's binary or not...
  17. Finally realized that the Whole Foods in Noe Valley has opened. Now have groceries. Should've done this weeks ago.
  18. @jespern something like http://www.python.org/dev/p... could be used instead of base64
  19. @IanMLewis Whatever Works™... most of our time is spent building product, not workflow. Sacrifices are made.
  20. @mickael anything we can do to help get OneTeam Media Server out?
