  5. Reflecting back on my trip to Quebec, I have just one question: what psychopath invented French pronunciation?
  6. Back from vacation in Canada, safe and sound. That's the good news. The bad news is I have 1000+ emails in my inbox.
  7. Dinner at Pain Beni and a drink afterwards at Chateau le Frontenac. Two great tastes that taste great in sequence.
  8. Finally, the sun comes out. Quebec City is even lovlier under a blue sky.
  9. Food always tastes better with live jazz. Dinner at Largo in Quebec City was excellent.
  10. Barack Obama is my new Nobel-prize-winning bicycle.
  11. Just got back from a wonderful dinner at Il Mulino here in Montreal. It's OK -- we had French for lunch.
  12. And it's time: off to Montreal. Have a good week, US of A. I expect universal health care by the time I get back.
  13. Methinks that Facebook needs to spend a little more time thinking about scalability.
  14. It's already been a long week. I could really use a vacation. Good thing I'm headed to Montreal on Friday.
