  1. We are not all swimming in the shallow end of the autorelease pool
  2. I'm still trying to figure out Riese. It's little red riding hood, yes? But postapocalyptic steampunk?
  3. @Jackhanford Depends on what I need to get done, really.
  4. "If I get the dreaded 'the splash screen goes too fast' it's because I DID MY JOB" — djork
  5. @justinxxvii You can always pull any app from sale or you can change the sell date to some date in the far future
  6. @Jackhanford I have 2 jb right now: a 1g iPhone and a 1g iPod. All the rest are standard
  7. @justinxxvii You can't. Just pull 'em from sale. They'll be with you forever though in the manage my apps page. Kind of messy.
  8. Selecting all apps in iTunes Applications pane? Command-click any check box. Woot!
  9. @elliottcable These be iPods, not iPhones. Video out from the 3GS and 3G iPod are superb, by the way, but you need DEMOkit or similar w/o jb
  10. About to jb my 2G iPod because I hate the frame rate I get from screensplitr on my 1G iPod.
  11. Just finished cleaning out the forwarding mailbox. Sorry if you got bounces.
  12. @chews Let me know how the users respond to BETAkit!
  13. @bjhomer How is the new WOT book?
  14. @mkftr DemoKit is about to go into a limited beta. I'm still juggling features, to find a good middle ground of what's most useful for demos
  15. Apple standing in the way of bug fixes is just insane. They need an expedited way to get fixes to the consumer.
  16. @agideon Hey Andy! When did you become tweeple? Glad to hear from you!
  17. Emails to me bounced? Pls mail blockedbyearthlink@abuse.earthlink.net w/IP address from error msg in subj field. e.g. Unblock 10.10.10.10.
  18. @JivaDeVoe @sze Well, when *we* were kids, bits were so big that we had to carry 'em around in wheel barrows. And they were made of *clay*.
  19. Apparently, the daughter wins. http://bit.ly/4btpyT <— proof.
  20. @sze Eh? What's that you young 'un? Why (*shakes cane*) when I was your age, we used text editors…and we LIKED IT!
