  2. @pbmdvm Yes lots of calories. I just ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and had no problem gaining weight. Even with all the training.
  3. @brybrarobry your right I am going soft I better step my game up! If I loose any Fingers or Toes at Arrowhead135 that could make it Tougher!
  4. @pbmdvm When I was rolling I put 15lbs on in 3 weeks. E Channel swimmers are big for the most part to stay warm & trust me they are Fit!!
  5. Rueben Hechnova the Boat Captain @Dolphin Club& I Discussed how tides will be in May when I will run 200 miles &swim Golden Gate in middle!
  6. @pbmdvm The English Channel was after Raam and Badwater. Put on over 20lbs to help fight hypothermia. Went on easy! Off not quite as Easy!!
  7. After Loosing the 3 inches off my waist I was able to officially retire my fat pants!! Atleast till next years EChannel! Oh what to Wear!!

  9. Ran 1hr 45min pulling 25lb sled in Dry Sand. Have lost 3 inches off waist since EChannel Swim! Have a Happy T Day!!
  10. Arrowhead135 Training: 3hr run on Doran Beach. Pulling a 25lb sled in the dry sand. That Rudolph is a Stud!!
  11. 1 hour swim w/ 30mins of kick. Then a 2 hour bike. Bike was strong. Need to get some biking in before Alaska Snow Bike/Survival Camp in Dec

  19. 1hr swim & 1hr on bike. First ride since RAAM. Still a little butt sensitive! Need to ease back onto bike seat slowly! Still nice to Ride!!
