  1. Has @Geni jumped the shark? Must pay just to SEE the matches it claims it found? (At least Ancestry.com offers census etc. data for its fee)
  2. Okay, Foursquare geeks: Help me figure out what I'm missing. Details at http://bit.ly/5I8DVP - it can't be this lame, can it?
  3. Spot on analysis, given my blogging experience since 2000. RT @jojeda: Microblogging to blog: @JeremyLittau: http://bit.ly/55R7iS
  4. You can tell a lot about your theology by your reaction to the simple prayer of "Jesus, thank you for coming anyway."
  5. I can't believe the "mainstream media" is a) so focused on Tiger Woods' mini-accident and b) is using TMZ as its news source!
  6. @eagle315 WHOO! Those are the best! (Last time that happened for me was a CompUSA ATI All-In-Wonder video card in 2004). What'd you get?
  7. Set up Foursquare on Wednesday. Was at six stores this morning. Think I remembered to check in even once? :( This thing might not be my gig
  8. Pondering whether to go out tomorrow morning and make a really dumb Black Friday buy. That description alone should say "No", but I'm a guy
  9. @ctomasi (BTW, the domain I got in 2000 was seeker.TV for a "religion and spirituality" TV show that never launched. Great domain, though!)
  10. @ctomasi Branding! Sadly, you really need a matching .COM to prevent confusion. e.g. BigHairTV.com points to BigHair.TV http://bit.ly/8cPUX9
  11. @ctomasi I bought a .TV in 2000 when they were $100 a year plus 5% annually on renewals... so, from that perspective, ~$35 is dirt cheap! :)
  12. Need advice from my web geek friends: How would you build a site that's mainly (but not just) YouTube content? Details: http://bit.ly/8cPUX9
  13. In honor of tomorrow's Macy's parade, here's a Kermit balloon story that's 31 years old: http://bit.ly/8sr5zg
  14. Can someone give me a "Posterous for Dummies" run-down -- e.g. what it's good for, who's using it, etc.?
  15. Here are the details on my problems with the Exchange Web Services version of Mac Entourage 2008. Any help out there? http://bit.ly/6q8S2K
  16. I like the metaphor of "I tweet like I eat." RT @joelcomm I purged my Twitter account! --> http://TwitPWR.com/yb4/
  17. Trying to get Mac Office 2008 cleanly reinstalled and updated so I can test out the Nov. 10 release of Entourage EWS. Shouldn't be so hard!
  18. RT @kraakerjack: RT @adamcoomes: Google Wave was built to show younger people how older people feel when they try to use the internet
  19. RT @dkix: "Making the decision to have a child... is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body." E. Stone
  20. Very happy that I took a walk for lunch yesterday -- I probably caught the "last hurrah" of Fall here in Minnesota.
