  7. @AmazonGrace I didn't & don't discount the importance of accountability or commitments; indeed, those are paramount to meeting my goals
  8. @AmazonGrace expect to be paid versus pursue a goal to remain gainfully employed, or a goal to perform & earn more
  9. @AmazonGrace expectations may work better for extrinsically-motivated, goals for intrinsically-motivated; subtle psychological difference.
  10. @AmazonGrace try spinning it as "goal-setting" rather than "expectation-setting"; former intrinsically motivates, latter could de-motivate
