  3. @ewhims i use acrylic paints. once i get the base coats down, it goes a lot faster.
  4. man, it takes so long to get base coats down on a sculpt. spent 1.5 hours this afternoon on tree dragon, just two base colors!

  18. @zayaz you can never have too much reference! books will often show poses which you can't get from the model alone.
  19. @zayaz definitely! i have a whole set of bookshelves STUFFED with reference books. it's good to keep a collection :)
