  2. @sierragaxsq I was told meditation, deep breathing, tai chi, chi qong, yoga, pilates, hypnosis should help. Do u suffer from fibromyalgia?
  3. @sierragaxsq I just pulled myself from the abyss with Remeron, an anti-depressant. It cures my insomnia n I'm keeping myself busy.

  6. @quietcdn Have u had ur thyroid function test? More women have hypothyroidism, but the symtoms are similar with #fibromyalgia.
  7. @quietcdn Am too restless for meditation. Tried n failed many times. Heard #fibromyalgia sufferers lack oxygen. Deep breathing?
  8. @quietcdn I stop yoga as the body refuses to cooperate n my big bro is going to teach me Tai Chi. Heard Tai Chi n Chi Qong helps.
  9. @quietcdn Rule #1, don't worry about it. #2, keep busy. I'm retired. I garden, take care of 2 aquarium fish, walk the dog n read a lot.

  12. @quietcdn I walk, go to kid's pool or hydrotherapy. I potter around the house too. So afraid to get depressed again. Been there n hated it.
  13. @quietcdn I also walk or mostly limp around ;-) n also pay the next day. Here is difficult. Hardly any good parks. The footpath uneven.
  14. @quietcdn Oh, poor you. I just walk in kid's pool. Walk straight, backwards, sideways as taught in hydrotherapy. Kick legs as per walk.

  17. @quietcdn Some of us are luckier than the rest. Gotta stick to what works. N keep up with gentle exercise, no matter how the body protests.
